Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Leafwell.sg, the official website of Leafwell Pte Ltd (“Leafwell”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services or browsing our site, you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services we provide, including:

– Carpet Extraction Cleaning Services
– Floor Deep Scrubbing Cleaning Services
– Upholstery Cleaning Services
– Office/Industrial/Commercial Cleaning Services
– Home Cleaning Services

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

 

1. General Terms (Applicable to All Services)

– Booking & Payment
  Full payment or deposit (if applicable) must be made to confirm a service booking. We accept PayNow, bank transfers.
  All payments must be in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of service.

– Rescheduling & Cancellation
  – Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur an admin fee of $30.
  – Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the invoice amount.
  – No-shows or denial of entry will be considered a forfeited session, with no refund.
  – Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

– Access to Premises
  Customer must ensure that cleaners are granted access at the scheduled date/time. If delayed due to customer’s fault, service will proceed only within the originally agreed timeframe.

– Utilities & Working Conditions
  The site must have working water, electricity, and safe access. Cleaners will not operate in unsafe environments or at heights.

– Valuables & Fragile Items
  Please secure all valuables before the service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

 

 

2. Carpet Extraction Cleaning Services

– Minimum charge: $180 per session.
– Customer should remove all furniture from the cleaning area.
– Stains such as wine, blood, oil, and paint may not be completely removed.
– No guarantee of uniform appearance due to wear, discoloration, or sun exposure.

 

 

3. Floor Deep Scrubbing Cleaning Services

– Minimum charge: $180 per session.
– Heavy furniture and appliances must be moved in advance by the customer.
– Cleaning will not restore permanent damage such as etching, cracking, or chemical burns.
– Leafwell is not liable for discoloration or finish changes resulting from deep cleaning of aged or damaged floors.

 

4. Upholstery Cleaning Services

– Upholstery cleaning is subject to fabric type and condition.
– We will perform a patch test if possible. However, we are not liable for material shrinkage, color fading, or structural issues caused by hidden damage or unsuitable materials.

 

5. Office / Industrial / Commercial Cleaning Services

– Contract Terms: Minimum contract period is 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
– Cleaning Hours: Specified in the quotation/invoice. Services beyond those hours are billable.
– Customer must provide access to cleaning tools and supplies unless otherwise arranged.
– For public holiday closures, no refunds or make-up sessions unless pre-agreed.
– One month’s deposit may be required for recurring contracts. Early termination will result in forfeiture of deposit.
– 
An additional travel fee applies if the service location is more than a 10-minute walking distance from the nearest operational MRT station.

 

6. Home Cleaning Services (Ad Hoc / Regular)

– Minimum booking: 3 hours per session.
– Leafwell will advise if additional hours are needed based on site condition.
– Customer must provide cleaning tools and materials unless otherwise arranged.
– No high-risk cleaning tasks will be performed (e.g. external window cleaning at height).

 

7. Additional Surcharges (If Applicable)

– CBD / Sentosa surcharge: $30 – $80
– Before 9am / After 6pm service: Additional 30%
– Weekend / Public Holiday: Additional 30% depending on service
– No lift access or long carry distance: $30–$80 depending on difficulty

 

8. Liability

– Damage Claims:
  Claims must be reported within 24 hours from job completion. We reserve the right to investigate.
  For proven claims, compensation will be limited to the value of the invoice or 70% of item value, whichever is lower.

– Service Limitations:
  We do not guarantee 100% removal of stains, odors, or deep-seated dirt. Service outcomes depend on material, age, condition, and prior care.

– Insurance & Responsibility:
  Cleaners are covered by public liability insurance. However, Leafwell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

– Ensure the site is safe and accessible.
– Provide accurate information and cleaning scope prior to service.
– Inform us in advance of any special materials, delicate items, or known issues (e.g., loose tiles, sensitive fabrics).
– Avoid instructing cleaners to perform unsafe tasks.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, and software on Leafwell.sg are owned or licensed by Leafwell Pte Ltd. You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
